AI can turn a perfectly ordinary pothos into the lead character of a wellness retreat.
“Elevate your space with botanical bliss.”
That sounds polished, but it does not tell a customer what is available, when to visit or what to do next.
Start with a factual brief
For this clearly fictional plant-shop example, the useful details are:
- Small pothos plants are back today.
- The shop is open until 5 p.m.
- The customer can visit and choose one.
Now the caption has something real to communicate:
Fictional example:
“Small pothos plants are back today. Pop in before five and pick one.”
It is specific, easy to understand and gives the reader one clear next step. The pothos can remain a plant instead of becoming a motivational speaker.
Use this three-part caption check
- Specific detail: What has actually changed or become available?
- Human wording: Would a customer understand the sentence immediately?
- Clear next step: What can the customer reasonably do now?
Before publishing, confirm every operational detail with the business. AI should not invent stock, prices, opening hours, deadlines or guarantees.
Reusable AI prompt
Copy and adapt this prompt:
Write one clear social caption from the business brief below. Lead with the most useful confirmed detail. Use plain, natural wording and end with one reasonable next step. Do not invent prices, stock, dates, opening hours, urgency, guarantees or customer results. If an important fact is missing, flag it for confirmation instead of guessing.
Business brief: [Add the verified facts here.]
Five facts the plant shop must confirm
- The plant name and size are correct.
- The plants are genuinely back in stock.
- “Today” matches the publication date.
- The 5 p.m. closing time is current.
- Customers can visit and choose a plant as described.
Plan the service behind the caption
The WRYKIND AI Service Starter Workbook contains 10 printable PDF pages for planning an AI-assisted social-caption service, including the offer, scope, pricing, sample work and a seven-day posting outline. It is CAD 12.99.
The workbook provides planning worksheets and prompts. It does not include software, client leads or guaranteed income.
